I'd say that it just depends if another person is in the system as well, and if there are NPC powers on it.

Yes, but if I control 150 systems, can I claim more planets on top of that?

You can have territory in a maximum of 150 systems.

Colonel James Matthews is waiting a message from the colonization force from the Helios System. There has been no communication for two weeks, since it was reported that life had been found.

"Sir," he hears. "We've received a report from the colonization force."

"Excellent," he says, he walks over and takes the USB. He plugs it into his computer and says, "Open Operation Colonia Report"

"Please state your Encryption Key," his computer says.

"4-1-2-0-6," he says.

"Access Denied." his computer says. There's no reason for him to be denied access, this report should be available to everyone above Level 7 Clearance. Now, Matthews is concerned that there's a serious issue with the peaceful colonization of the Helios System.

"Computer, contact Operation Colonia," he says.

"Access Denied." his computer says.

"Computer, call Director Steven Pierres," he says.

"Access Denied." his computer says.

Matthews walks out of his office, going to Director Pierres' office, the man who's in charge of the Helios colonization.

Tens of thousands of light years from the homeworld and Sol, the Arrentinian Defense Force has detected unusually readings unknown to any known space faring signature. With the ADF struggling to determine the cause or nature of the reading, High Command on Arrentine Major send the ADF 8th Fleet to find the cause of the signal. ADF officials assigned their top crew to the Exploration Fleet to come to the bottom of this mystery.

Outer Rim, Milky Way Galaxy...

Admiral Wolfard Pikes is seen pacing the bridge, eager to find what the single from the outer rim is. Accompanied by Commander Wrex, a soldier who fought during the Battle of Anchorage years ago accompanies him near the viewing deck above the bridge. Surrounding them, is the 8th Exploration Fleet of the Arrentinian Defense Force, usually tasked with finding new habitable planets and civilizations close to home. However, in recent months, the ADF has been concerned with an unknown frequency perpetrating through the space. Wolfard Pikes, much like Wrex, also fought in the Arrentinian Civil War in its darkest times before taking command of the fleet. Turning and walking towards Wrex before stopping next to him.

"Commander, how long is this mission supposed to be? The Outer Rim is no place for the exploration fleet, we should be near the galactic core or near Orion." Pikes ask.

"Defense Force Command has been getting strange readings from long range scanners in this region, they've wanted us to investigate the area to determine the cause." Wrex respond before checking some holograms of the region.

Pikes paced back towards the viewing platform on the bridge. Looking out in the vast darkness of empty space, he stood there, looking.

"We already searched the region for two months, we haven't found a single habitable planets, much less a habitable moon!" Pikes responds. He's visibly frustrated as nothing as happened. Before heading towards the hologram, the alarms begin to blare, an automated combat alert.

The Arrentinian Defense Force is also releasing new ships to be produced, the ships will be cruiser class, and frigate class ships. (References to Star Wars, the Ships are Republic Cruisers and frigates from the Clone Wars)

Colonization of Nextera continues.

A mysterious increase in seemingly natural space debris has been noticed around Jupiter. Massive balls of ice and rock are among the most prominent. Although they are negligible to Belozay, a scientific study is underway to determine the origin of this phenomenon.

Nera has offered Arrentine the designs to the Acclamator III -class Assault Cruiser, a mix of the previous I - and II -class ships, designed to function both as a carrier capable of deploying 12,000 soldiers to a planetary surface and as an orbital assault ship with weaponry exceeding even that of the II -class, which was designed only as an assault ship with minimal transportation capabilities.

Nera is also still offering a contract to any interested parties for the construction of 500,000 shielded starfighters, roughly similar to the A-Wing.

Matthews pushes the buzzer to Director Pierres office and says "Colonel James Matthews, Clearance Level Seven." Pierres opens the door.

"Good evening, Director," Matthews says.

"Good evening, Matthews. I assume you have a question to ask?" Pierres says.

"Yes, I was going to check the report -" Matthews starts.

"And your computer blocked you access. Well, it seems to us that the Helios Mission has gone rogue. We've raised the clearance level to eight." Pierres explains.

"It's gone rogue?" Matthews asks.

"It appears so. We've contacted the Ophir Company, they're sending out two of their cruisers to investigate," Pierres says. "If they are rogue, that mission will be blown up before they have a chance to complain. Until then, we've cut off level sevens from the mission. Good day."

Matthews walks out of the office. He needs a way to contact the mission, to warn them about the intervention.

Location: KNS Yellowstone ; K-1.3.2 class Patrol Corvette, 300 degrees on the Outer Arm, Neran Periphery, Milky Way

The bridge was suddenly a flurry of activity. Five officers appeared in columns of light as another three marched in from the turbolift, amongst them Lieutenant-Commander Alan Grey, captain of the Yellowstone .

"Mr. Myers, status?"

"Commander, there is a hyperwarp anomaly approaching our general direction. It seems to be generated by a large, slow-moving object, and it's powerful enough to have created enough of a flux that our hyperwave comms are unable to function."

"Is our hyperdrive working?"

"There's no damage, but I don't know how well it'll work during this disturbance," replied the lieutenant at the Conn station.

"Let's take it slowly then. Prepare a course tangent to the curvature of this field at warp A2."

"The hyperwarp bubble seems to be forming normally, Commander."

"Engage."

The engines of the Yellowstone powered up with a whine that slowly increased in pitch until it was past Franklin's threshold of hearing, and the windows darkened themselves and were replaced with a projected image of the region, with a flashing marker showing the location of the Yellowstone .

After a few seconds, the commander spoke up again, "Status?"

"We appear to be travelling normally, and the strength of the foreign field is slowly- wait, abort. Abort!"

There was a deafening roar and the sound of transparisteel tearing. Franklin didn't even have time to yell out before he was thrown out of his seat. His head slammed against the floor and something heavy fell on him. He couldn't breathe. He gasped for air as the light became dimmer and dimmer, before finally going out.
