When I was a noob...

When I was a noob, I lacked the commitment to make money and also too cheap to buy equipment I (unknowingly) could afford. I only got armor when friends made it for me. In this way, I was still wearing full iron at level 30 atk/def, whereby I then switched to full black and a mithril longsword because a friend gave it to me. I used that until I was level 60 atk/def when another friend was like DUDE BUY FULL RUNE RIGHT NOW YOU CAN BOTH WEAR AND AFFORD IT. I was like.... are you sure? D:
Also it took me 2 years to get to level 50 atk/def.
When I was a noob, I felt so epic when I took those "dangerous steps" outside of Lumbridge to explore all of f2p

When I was a noob, I actually laughed at luring attempts since the moment my friend told me about the Wilderness & what it is, I predicted luring way before I even made an account....
And then I fell for the Wine of Zamorak scam T_T and lost my full iron lol.
When I was a noob, I thought 1k was rich.
When I was a noob, I was too cheap to ever pay the toll gate to Al Kharid & would always trek through the desert.
When I was a noob, I didn't make my first mil until last month... despite being an 8-year-veteran
.. (ahem in my defense I sorta kinda quit in a kinda manner for 6 years)
When I was a noob, I would add any random passing player to my friend list if I thought (s)he had an interesting or funny name. "Cant Poo?" HAHAHA. (yes I have since deleted them all o_o).
When I was a noob, I couldn't figure out how to get a pot of flour for Cook's Assistant, so I messaged one of those random names I added for help, and he was nice enough not to be like.... wth are you? and actually helped me ^^. He became my best RS friend for a time. Weird how that happens.
When I was a noob, I introduced my new friend to Count Draynor, and he was promptly murdered >_<. Because of lag he managed to die at the top of stairs so for the longest time he thought it was a walking chair that killed him lol

Lol not necessarily though
. It's possible that he meant he was playing on his account while his brother was next to him, as in he just took over the controls.

When I was a noob...
...I got a stick, and, unknowing of magic, kept beating goblins to death with it. For some extremely strange reason I was wayyy too stubborn to get the conventional sword, or bow. No. It was the power of the mighty slightly magical stick!
...I was obsessed with getting dragon claws. I got the mask, and it seemed to me all I needed in life was the stupid claws. They were 12M back then, and I was terrible at making any sort of money. Somehow though, I ended up with 7M from a friend, then got incredibly bored and just bought a dragon platebody.
...And, yes, I did keep hopping JUST over the Wildy line in an empty world, and I thought I was so cool in the noncombat zone. We've all done it, admit it!

if he was next to me, i wouldnt have died. i was very underage back then and had no idea what was happening. it was still illegal though, but how could i know the rules? i was only trained to gather cowhides
