I didn't get killed by a lvl 3...he was a spy for zamorak and when i found out the heart attack/stroke is was killed me...not the 2 inch bronze dagger in my foot.
Oh! and when i tried to pull out the dagger...i found out it missed...that was of course right before i died. :P

Well, the level 3 was just lucky. I lost The Game and while raging over it the level 3 backstabbed me. Seeing as noone else was around I had to tell him I lost The Game and he went mad over it and punched me, then attempted to run. And, well, as I was chasing him across the bridge over the volcano deep in the wilderness, it erupted...
