Uh guys, oil is a fossil fuel.
Djinnaken, realizing that you people need fossil fuel, have been working on a solution.
If you mix 2.5 grams of masonite dust with every 20 gallons of oil, it will burn cleanly
So the new law is... You may use oil, but it must be mixed with 2.5 grams of masonite dust.

Rocco, a warning to you. If you do find the "planet controller" hand it over to djin. I do not believe any 2nd power or 3rd power should handle this technology. Djin, Watrice or any other superpower should be able to handle it. Just a warning.
