Err Halloweenman is confusing me. Anyways I suggest we make it in the rules that no, one country can control an entire planet/ dwarf planet. Also how does Halloweenman control Pangaea when technically Pangaea every continent on Earth. This is because Pangaea contained every continent fused together.

Okay...couple issues to work out here.

1. I hereby disregard anything posted about me involving WAR, and that metal sun shield. Zargaria/Cyberain, how does one hack a sheet of metal, 93 million miles away at the center of the sun? They don't. So I'd appreciate it if you atleast came up with a better way. Besides, I'd only use it if I was forced to due to a war.

2. Kidwiked, seeing as I was not on the forums when you attacked me, I am disregarding that post. I also think it's fair to say that I have defeated Kidwiked, seeing as if he tried to invade me, all his people would be fried instantly.
