Types of Soldiers: Paladins of fire, they have been bitten by Kitt's Fire tooth
Military Tech (weapons and defence): moltena is surrounded by giagantic volcanoes with but one giant gate and Kitt has designed fire armor, melted dragon armor that when being remolded is bit in the back with the fire tooth and fire swords,the base is made of more melted dragon armore then bitten with the fire tooth then a mystic fire blade is attached

One note: There doesn't seem to be a clear description of what motion 13 is.
Index Kingdom deploys two cabbage pods into space, one of which is on its way to Pluto to dump industrial waste and 15% of Index Kingdom's current landfills.
The king has declared that over the next few months, waste now located in our landfills will be sent to the International Dumping Site for unwanted and dangerous waste. We will also open 5 new recycling plants on our Atlantic Islands, 2 of which I declare partly International property. Countries may bring recyclables to these faciilities if they lack the required machinery needed for recycling. The other 3 facilities are strictly for Index Kingdom's use.
Still exporting fine rum.

again... TOPP was supposed to be a joke and ergo so is the land... Infact I should claim pluto as it is not a planet any longer... I might as well try another land then... (and since earth is being dominated by other countries where can We put TOP* on the list eh? Plus it never really said I couldn't take a planet in the rules now did it?)

Did you just conquer it from someone? No, during the early Cambrian Explosion the Pre-Members of TOPP (Bactierial DNA) Began to appear and eventually Mutate into their current forms.
