along with a bunch of other DNA but the rest was classified, so he could be a living weapon with the combined powers of other people, not unlike the
Indominus Rex
. He was also trained since birth to be an assassin, so he could kill you in over 700 different ways and that was just with his bare hands, he was also an expert sniper, he's mastered
every single jutsu
, he could use
magic without runes
, and he could summon and control a kickass dragon that was 9001 times more badass than
