"Centering" or "Aligning" is a technique the professionals use to make their signatures look expertly-crafted and tidy. Usually, this is done by using three characters:
- The apostrophy: ( ' ) - No alt code required
- The fat apostrophy: ( ‘ ) - ALT + 0145
- The period or full stop: ( . ) - No alt code required
Usually when you make a signature, you'll make a canvas of periods ( . ).

Now, you should insert some text. Replace the middle-most character with the text.

One odd period? That's where the fat apostrophy or normal apostrophy come in. Place them right next to your text, and since they aren't periods, it will make the signature perfectly mirrored.

You should also do this after you finish mirroring the signature, because the characters that are put in the signature will change the alignment.

Most people don't like having repetative signatures, ones where there's just the same wave repeated over and over and over again. So, we artists tweak these boring signatures, and make them look 1000% better than what they did.

Nobody likes the censor, it's the biggest plague to ever hit these forums. But, when you're in trouble, there are some ways to cure yourself of the evil censor monster.

Oh no! Try to find any possible problems for your censor - in this case we know it's the full stop, when above the signature.
The simplest way to cure the censor when you know it's because of the text above/beneath it, is to use a "c". It almost always works, sometimes you'll have to use "(c)".

A few general rules on shading:

- After the font change colons and semicolons are no longer the same length as periods. This is very inconvenient in that you have to realign after shading.
