We have begun constructing a infastructure and building homes.(10+ to economy.)

We have begun working on developing a regoriss(fail spell) training regiment for our soldiers.(+10 to Training/Moral)Further development of plasma rifles to create a "world-class" rifle system has begun.(+10 to Energy weapons.)

Fixed the population and military counts.

Also, do we manage the point tally by ourselves now? I'm also kind of confused about many years go by as the game progresses.
