Your police force almost caught him but then he threw chemical grenades and managed to kill 8 pursuing officers. He then hijacked a car, killed the owner and fled.

The UTF has demanded that Atlantis should try and capture him alive and if he is captured alive that he should be handed over to the UTF.

Mark.A.Bell was last seen in the capital of Atlantis heading towards an armoury.

The armory is being guarded against anybody entering.

We have responded to the UTF that we will try to capture him alive, if possible. We will hand him over to the UTF as our forces are I'll-equipped to handle him.

Snipers are being placed on nearby rooftops and guards have been supplied with Assault Rifles and SMGs. We are working on getting LMG support for the guards.
Take him out. Lethal force authorized.
