Yes, Dark Heal, Dark Infusion, Resurgence, Innervate, Revivication are Sorcerer heals. As opposed to the exact same abilities in the Jedi sage, but instead they're called Benevolence, Deliverance, Rejuvenate, Healing Trance, Salvation.
So...it's not really a case of one class being more aggressive.
Ruben: Picking a Sith generally has certain advantages over Jedi as of now.
1) Designers seem to give the Sith cooler armours. The new armours that were released with 1.2 were absolutely hideous on the republic side, while the Imperial ones were actually cool. Bioware had said they will be working towards a new direction in armour design for the Republic, so as of now, Imperials have cooler/deadlier looking armours.
2) Faction Imbalance. More people seemed to be attracted by the idea of being a bad guy and thus, they all went to play Imperial characters, or Imps, as we call them. You're more likely to find a groupie to do quests with and level faster.
3) Same as above. Except it transcribes into PvP and in Pre 1.2 Open World situations it's not surprising to see 20 Imperials killing 5 Jedi. Imperials are able to level faster in warzones due to higher amount of players (and also higher amount of quality players) so they win more often. The Republic side tend to skip warzones as a result.
But hopefully, the legacy system you already know about will help bring some balance to that. People are unlikely to fill their 8 character slots with all Imperial characters anyway. Time should fix this problem.
Chuk: Hello! How did you know which game we were discussing?! Why can't I just stay on this thread...
. Are you wanting a full review? I'm probably better at answering specific questions though. Anyway, I'll hope over in a bit.
I had noticed that the Jedi armors look plain at best, while the Sith armor looked elaborate and fancy. Especially the Inquisitor ones.
I was afraid too many noobs would rush the dark side... >.> They are unworthy. You don't pick the Sith because they are "evil", you pick them because of their more aggressive way of fighting. The cool lightsabers and shady characters are a plus. If ever I get the game, I just might make one of my characters Jedi in order to help fight those noobs. XD
So, Sith Imperial Agents are the most played personality? Interesting.
Actually, they don't look plain, at least, not at end game. But some Jedi armour is just plain ridiculous - to the stage where there is one set of armour that is currently the best in the game for Jedi Knights and yet I say, there's no way in hell I'm ever going to wear this.
I think people play Sith because there is greater freedom in how you treat other people as you're not bound to a so-called Jedi Code. Maybe most teenagers these days are depressed people looking to torture npcs with Force lightning at the first opportunity?
And I don't think Imperial Agents are the most played class. Sith Warrior is. About 550,000 of them.

Ah, well I'll be honest I haven't check up on Jedi armors lately. So I wouldn't know if they have better ones now. I guess I'll have to refresh my knowledge on the subject! *Heads off to TOR's mainpage*
You're right, some of those armors don't look too bad. =P I've always been a fan of the hoods!
I think you might be right, the freedom to act evil without any punishment would be appealing to teenagers. -.-
550,000! O.O How can Jedis win?!
I quite like the Tionese/Rakata stuff for Jedi Knights. I think they're kind of cool.
Hehe. There's always jokes going around in the Republic, when the open world pvp is still available. Why aren't there any imps at this time of night? Answer: They're all kids who have school tomorrow.
Well, that figure was probably out-dated. It was from January, I think. The figure was more like 550,000 Sith Warriors and 510,000 Jedi Knights. Only a 40k difference
