This adventurer thing turned out to be a wondrous experience for me. I would get looks from people all the time though when I didn't wear my armor, since I still had the discolored skin and the long spiky black hair. I would always sing beautiful country rock love songs when I was just exploring the land around me.
"Help! Oh somebody please help us!" I heard a cry in a small building.
"What's wrong?" I said to the man; he had very pale skin with a buzz cut.
"Oh please help us rid of our creature who's killing the sheep! He may go to the children soon..." He said.
"Children? What in tarnation would do that?" I asked.
"Count Draynor, he lives in that mansion over there-"
"Oh yea! I went their to help out some yella' who got turned into...well...a yella' belly,"
"Then you must know where the creature sleeps?"
"I guess so,"
"Good, I will reward if you can kill him, here, take this."
He gave me a piece of garlic.
"I found it in my dresser not to long ago, keep it; by the way, I'd suggest going to see Dr. Harlow for a stake to kill the creature."
"Okay..."
"And make sure you get a hammer to drive the stake in!"
"Sure, by the way my name is Hurricaneria, yours?"
"Morgan, sorry for not remembering to tell you that, haha."
"Yyyyyeeeaaaa, I'm going to leave now..."
I ran out the door and went to see Dr. Harlow; he asked me to get him some beer before he gave me the stake I needed. After that, I got my hammer and marched to the mansion.
I looked at my license, it said "COMBAT LEVEL: 29". I thought it was a good start for a vampire.
As I opened the coffin, he rose up and tried to slash me with his claws, in which I blocked it with my bronze square shield. He immediately backed away and hissed at me in a disgusted face.
"Garlic!" he yelled.
I stuck the garlic to my bronze long sword and started slashing at the Count.
"Hurricaneria...I remember when your island was destroyed..."
I became upset and stuck the stake in his heart with my hand strength.
