Holy cow. I was thirteen years old when this was written. I've done so much growing up since then, and reading this now is making me cringe. :@ Talking about being a gangster and...oh my god I wish I could just slap my younger self. Although, I have to wonder if rewriting this story would be a good idea. Maybe some improvements in the pacing and dialogue would help a lot. Perhaps even fleshing out the protagonist's friends would be a nice treat as well; we'd be getting to see what they think of their home being destroyed and how they've dealt with it over the years. I'm also noticing some slight lore discrepancies in the timing of the dragon attack - if we're going strictly off of OSRS lore - so I might improve on that. How many people are still here on this thread anyway? xD

This is not my main account, but my account Azigarath is over ten years old. But, I am still here, albeit moving onto RPing. But ya, you've come a long way, haven't you? It's natural for artists to look back at their younger works and not be proud of it, but at the same time, it shows you how much you improved. But, I would suggest that, if you plan on remaking a story, post it in FanFiction.net, as the RuneScape fanfic there has a fanbase involving thousands of users.

Anyways, my username there is JonathanKonopka, if you're interested. But ya, nice to see you're still kicking after so long!

Anyways, here's a long list of authors you may be familiar with, but almost all have moved on, but it's nice to have some nostalgia:
Madhatter/Nightsister, Lady Railly, Chosen Worf, Sir eos lee, Gav, Borei, The Level, Dyrnwyn, Taunt, Levinski5, Ogre, Innue, Dantalian, Serene End, Brandon, Aeraie, Richgodfrodo, Yrolg, Areno3, Affinity 8, Ty the titan, Patriotic Br, Chuk, Dreamweaver, Anne Lauten, Creepter, Poller5, General ACE, Hellophil, Pyro Pup, Xanthangum, Strides, Fargrist, Carrotman714, Lordofdraken, Leela Feliz, Wizard, Roshinda, Snowbuster, Amoraten, Crocefisso, Kaizoku Capt, Xanthian, Pirates, Lonewolfe, Auron 360, Terramancer, Toxic Gal, Smeeze, Fred, Paccard, Bluemagic176, Logan Shafts, Cosmic / C0smic1, Auron, DS, Trowzorz, Dimitrix, Torpeh, Danielle, Leopard 11, Delnaz, Sir Snyder3, Cheetah 97, Capt Chekaka, Guthix (various users), Deathman, Smurf, Genzen Han, Torpeh, Squirrelgirl, Warro, Demonic, Killboy359, Zich, Lebbeh, Sword2h, Whitewolf, Yam, Zaibatsu0, Risk Wizard, Englishkid62, Crystal Smee, Tron, Deltaslug, Sirapyro, Bigfish502, Polymath, Masterchief, Jmthetank, Garret, Strider, Slayer, Yubiusk Ink, Caydock, NovelistElly, Prefix, Jamespatter3, Scoucher, Paccy, Ruben Luke, Aquawater, Cicobe1, Zam0rakElite, Mcafee, Elementsky21, K Hearts, Cheeze, Nguy4, and Tron.

Thank you, I do have an account made already from Fiction.net so I'll check it out. So now comes the question as to what gave the story its charm. Was it the portrayal of the game world in a serious tone? Was it the naivety of the characters? Maybe both? I'll figure something out. Lol
