I have decided to wait no longer, lets make a new chapter! But this one is special...remember that phrase in the last chapter, "...I didn't illegally practice my strength like some others did..." well, this chapter may clear that all out! By the way, this is ONLY my guess if Runescape was to be in real life.

So, without further ado, I present...

ADVENTURERS, HOW TO BECOME ONE AND UNDER AGED LAWS

How to become a simple adventurer (free-to-play): This spot is the only way to become what is called "A Complex Adventurer (pay-to-play)". You must start school at least at the age of five, and end school at the age of sixteen, learning about Runescape history such as the god wars in the 9th grade. After sixteen years of school, you can participate in two more years in school learning about the history of adventuring and famous adventurers (such as Zezima). When you take those two more years of school, then you can apply for a simple adventurer license, which has a gray color with all your information on it, such as your birth date etc. If you don't apply for a simple license or don't take the two extra years of school, then you become a "Non playable character (NPC)". When you apply, you're sent to tutorial island and then you do what you please (exept for member stuff).

How to become a complex adventurer (pay-to-play): This right is to be paid for monthly, 5,000gp a month. To apply, you need to take a test to see how well you know about the history of adventuring; if you pass, then your are given the same license you were given, but it's gold.

Other laws and under aged laws: you can take the extra two years of school anytime in your life after you are sixteen. You can also apply for the simple license anytime in your life and the complex license. If you don't have any of these licenses, you cannot practice any of the skills or do any quests, except for cooking.

"Hurr, c'mon have some dinner," said my godfather, the Duke of Lumbridge.
"I'm not hungry," I replied.
He ignored what I said and put a plate in front of me.
"Hurr, what's going on?" he asked.
It was summer time, right around July, and I was to be deciding if I was to be an "NPC" or an adventurer.
"It's the anniversary is it?" he asked. I can't quite remember what the date exactly was when the "anniversary" took place, but I was well aware of it before that.
"Hurr?"
"Yes?"
"You're thinking about the island are you?"
"...Why you ask?"
"It's the anniversary of when it was destroyed."
"Don't remind me," I said in a low tone.
"Well, eat, you'll feel better."
I pushed my plate away and walked the two flights of stairs to my bedroom.
"Cook, Have you made yourself dinner yet?" my godfather asked.
"No, I didn't yet, why?"
"Hurr doesn't want dinner, you can have his plate."
While I was in my bedroom, deep in thought, I was still weighing the pros and cons of being an adventurer, while the memories of my home island was surfing through my mind. I remembered all my old friends, Vince, Knight, Kung, and Anna. I began to cry for them, and my parents, whom their death scene was a nightmare to remember.
"Hurr, can I come in?" my godfather spoke.
I didn't answer; I lit my candle and went to the window to see all the late night noobs and champions, growing jealousy for them for being dnmed adventurers.
"Hurr, listen, I..."
"No Frank, you listen...I need to move on now. I need to go take care of myself from now on; I'm sure there're peers of mine that are already starting new lives to become famous. I won’t be like that Frank, I want to have a simple life with my own things to do."
"Hurricaneria, please..."
"No! Just leave me old man! I'm tired of having people look over my shoulder worrying about me all the time, I'm fine!"
I took a small bag with a lamp and headed off outside of the castle. I didn't even deny it when I left, I liked it.

("Rock Bottom" by Eminem) :|

It was a long walk from Lumbridge to Falador, a week in fact, but I managed to carry on regardless. I noticed that my personality has changed when I left. From a gangster to a country boy, I didn't like my transformation. I was a gangster for almost nine years and then I was getting into old country rock from the lack of sustenance. I was getting loopier by the hour each day, but I managed to keep the weight on me standing. If only I could listen to just one rap song, I could get back into shape, I thought. It seemed to be important to me to keep my old personality to fight off others. I didn't worry about getting lost either since I have, even to this day, an ability to track down where I am and get back to where I was, even in a bare desert. I must keep awake, I thought, this homeless thing may not be bad after all.
I found an empty house near the party room and settled there. It didn't have any roof, but had a ceiling on the first floor, so I survived there for as long as I could. I wanted to go to sleep, but I was too hungry to even lay down since my body was cramped. I decided to go outside and find any food on the ground dropped by adventurers who didn't need them. It was a pure success; I got a piece of cooked tuna, cake, pie, pizza, and a shark dropped by a defeated noob from a Falador guard. No one didn't notice that there was someone living in that old house I settled in, but there were guards checking it often, so I would have to evacuate it for a short while and come back for more sleeping. I felt that it was the perfect way to live without boredom or hunger, since I composed my own music in my head and danced to the country rock in the party room; I even hated the rap music after I became very sick in a year or two. I thought, if my godfather were to find me, he'd probably take me back and have to force answers out of me about the island along with some eager reporters, in fact, I had nightmares about it.

"Oy, from pirates to thieves, and I'm the one to go and settle it; what else could go wrong?" my godfather said to himself.
He was sent to Falador to give a message from his king and give it to the king of Asgarnia, since they needed backup on crime sprees going on in Varrock at the time. When he went near the party room to ask for directions, he noticed something...there was a homeless man in an abandoned home with very long black hair with a beard and mustache; he also noticed that for some very strange reason he had black skin for someone who's not from the tropics; the man also had long clothes with tears in them, but his act, his body language, was some what familiar.
"Hurricaneria?" my godfather spoke.
Yes, that homeless man was me.
"...How do you know my name?" I said.
"It's me, your godfather, Hurricaneria."
"Frank?" I said.
"Yes, you look so different..."
True, I completely looked different when I became homeless. Before then, I had blonde hair with bangs, white skin, black gangster "puff" shorts (I call them), and a black sweatshirt hoody with fighting boots from the stronghold of security given to me by Frank for my 15th birthday.
The explanation of my black skin when I became homeless is that I was walking down the Falador garden and someone threw a potion at me, causing my skin to turn dark.
"Hurr, what happened you?" Frank spoke.
I told him what happened.
"My oh my...your in a big mess aren't you?" he said, "Let us bring you home to clean you up."
When I got home to the Lumbridge castle, I got my "homeless" clothes washed and stitched for me. I still liked country when I got home, so Frank thought of me as a stranger.
"Frank, I'm going to apply for a simple adventurer license," I said.
"Really? Well you better get going now because the boat to tutorial island is filling up for today, hurry!" he said.
I got a piece of bread and rushed to Port Sariam to get my license. It felt so exciting to start an even newer, happy life.

It was 5:00 in the afternoon, and I was exhausted from the training on the island. I was lying on my bed, looking at my new adventurer license in pride. I began to remember when I used to be a gangster at the time and thought of it as a funny memory. I turned on the magical radio and tuned it to the country rock station. I couldn't stop looking at my license; it seemed to be a shinny silver color instead of a dull gray and had a hansom picture of me, even though I looked totally different before I ran away. I still had the look of a white-race old man with long, spiky black hair and long black facial hair with black skin instead of the look kind have like a gangster version of Leonardo ***aprio. I had to admit I looked good either way, but one thing wasn't right in my reputation...I still have no quests to do, so I went to the cook and asked him about quests; he explained and gave me a job to do, which was finding ingredients for a cake since it was my godfather's birthday. It seemed pretty easy and took no time at all, so he gave me some coins. When I looked at my license, I noticed it didn't say "QUEST POINTS: 0", it said I had 1 now. I gave myself a congrats and walked off for more things to do. I found a bronze axe and started to cut down trees and burn them with my new tinderbox. I got some chicken and started cooking them over the fire. I began to sell them for money and bought a new longsword to kill goblins with. After that, I explored a little and found a haunted mansion with another quest to do; I had to find a guy named "Ernest", but when I found him, he was a chicken! I had to get parts for a machine and give them to a scientist for him to save Ernest. I felt so good being an adventurer and helping others. After that, I trained on goblins and eventually found the stronghold of security where my old boots from my 15th birthday were found. I didn't finish it at the time so I gave up there. I was a happy young adult learning skills fast.
