I've finished the story; actually I finished it a couple of nights ago but I've been spending most of my time on writing my own story and I've not had time to comment. But now I do! It's a good story and I enjoyed just about all of it
! I know I'm not one to talk about things but I enjoyed the plot, the description, the Tolkien-esque language and it's good to see that you had good grammar and spelling back then as well

For the record, I'm Gizzy251, having changed my name. You probably don't know me, and I know you didn't imply it heavily, but I just thought I'd let you know I'm not French (I do have a passion for the French culture, though) and I'll change my name back as soon as I can; my current name was a bit of an off-the-top-of-the-head decision- a foolish one at that, in my opinion
