I couldn't help but feel sorry for him during the story. I expect a different tragedy, but this one seems almost equal to the one that was in my head.

Well, I was thinking that Alex was going to commit suicide.
Seeing all of his hard work get shot down by the one he was striving for seemed almost equal, for his reason for living was all for naught.

Yeah, by adding that I didn't feel it would add anything to the story

P.S. I didn't feel you need to apply as a padawan exactly lol. I am desperate for a padawan, but not *that* desperate :p

I meant in place of the current ending.
If you tacked it on after the current ending, I agree in that it wouldn't add anything to the story.

Heh, I do know some people don't agree with suicide, so that's probably why I decided to leave it to the reader's imagination.
But finally getting 99 farming is a death of a sort anyway.

I, personally, believe that there are better ways, but that's for another day.
I don't know if I could ever get a 99 skill, for I'm rarely in-game, and pointing and clicking gets boring after a while.

I am writing a novel, but it is not RuneScape related and I can't post it here.
I have many stories written before I left the Stories Forum, but I locked them all. They were popular, but I don't really want to bring them back
