This is probably just because I don't like sad stories. However, I can still say, that their is more of a reason.
Review: (each counts twice)
Plot: 10/10. Excellent, but a tad sad. However, who said I can rank down due to sadness? Overwhelming reality to it.
Descriptions: 10/10. Marvelous synonyms, similes, and metaphors.
Characters: (how they're portrayed) 9/10. Everything is great, but Alex Kipplin, I'm not really understanding what age he/she is, and his gender is totally beyond me. However, I'm guessing he is a male, but I can't be too sure... Wanting to marry...?
Reality: 10/10. Alex is a one out of a million, but everything else can happen, however this ISN'T a world I'd like to live in. Yet, we all still do.
RuneScape Relation (this forum, IMO, is mainly used for RS stories) 10/10. Used very well, yet I think that it's kind of awkward.
100/100.
A+.
Final Comments: I'd like to dock a few points because of how sad it is, wimpy as I am, but it's real life. I'm kind of sad though. Very melancholic.

Hey there, thank you for reading my story, and your generous score! But wouldn't it add up to 99/100 though :P ? How can you not like sad stories :O

It really isn't too clear in the story what age Kipplin is, however, I guess the narrator never did find out, since he met Kipplin over the internet. Alex in multiple occasions is referred to as he, so he is male indeed :) .
Personally, I've always imagined him to be the same age as David and the narrator, but maybe that's just me!
And to your final question, Alex probably does want to get married ^_^
