Yes, clerics can communicate telepathically, though doing so over entire continents seems a little... distant. Basically, it's their communication with God the Father of their world, but it's limited to a nearby area. But if you'd like, I can include Gothic Monotheism with an ability of world-wide telepathic communication, complete with free headphones!*
