Whoa what, Annie can summon twisters within an instant? I thought tornadoes form after prolonged stormy conditions and immense changes in temperature in the atmosphere?

As Inferi said, Annie has no description how she dodges the boulders raining down upon her. Annie, remember what I said? Show us how Annie does things, don't just tell us. This helps clarify interaction.
I also wonder how Annie, despite being exhausted and wounded, keeps casting an immense plethora of magic seemingly instantly without strain whenever she wants to.

I don't know how Annie dodged the rocks, that is the problem, as there is no description how she physically avoids them. She is nearly encased within walls of shadows, there is no room to get out of the way, the rocks will pile over one another as they fall. This is essentially a cave-in. You can dodge some rocks during a cave-in, but you will not be able to escape the cave-in unless you leave the cave. Perhaps Annie can summon vines to protract from the ground, form into a canopy, and hold the boulders up and then push them aside/out the shadow-box. Annie can utilize many forms of magic, I am not sure why she does not use them to protect herself!
