Not really, but it'd be better if your didn't effortlessly kill everything in her way immediately. Considering what Annie has done, there is no content to imagine what happened.
Note that Annie is very short, the werewolves are adults, whose superior reach and height would allow them to paw and swipe at Annie easily. For a more realistic and balanced approach, Annie can slash at the paws or jaws going for her first, and then move in to stab into the heart (upwards under the sternum) or liver (upwards under the right side of the rib cage). Her magic can also be utilized at the same time.

Seriously, though, Annie isn't going to be fighting too many more people until she runs away from/defeats Amelia, because she's not going to let her go easily if her intentions here are hostile.

As for Atatos, yeah, I completely agree that he's the largest threat. However, he's also the threat that Amelia is just a little afraid of, enough that she's hoping she won't have to get involved with him. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
