Chasers would it be possible to have a rifle equipped with say a wind or air nexii and instead of it adding that effect to the bullet itself it would allow the bullet to curve or adjust slightly or even travel faster?

You mention a garden aflame at Ironwolf Castle, though there is no such mention of that anywhere, unless you are referring to Atatos' flaming insides setting things on fire, though there is no garden. But at least Zaphiran is in the locale, so I can post the assault of the castle soon.

Well, as I'm not actually in the thread, I'll just say something about it for in general. Obviously, Azi would be the one to go to if you end up wanting to make any major changes to the thread via the Black Hand, but as for my tips:

- Do not overthink it. If you spend so long telling us that you're considering making a post about them and wondering how to do so, you won't ever get to making said post.
- That being said, don't under-think it. Give them a creative flair. Don't reuse the same old generic spy agency type thing that's gotten run into the ground.
- There was gonna be a third point here but I can't think of one since I already mentioned it by prefacing this with "clarify with Azi if you do anything major."

Anyway, I'm not sure what else you wanted in terms of mentioning you'll post about them several times, but I figured you wanted someone to reply. So I gave as good a reply as I can, having not been a part of the thread nor knowing what you wanted the Black Hand to do.

Annie, I only asked a question, I was not condemning you for anything D: If you need to copy-paste a few details to better memorize something, or to implement it with your own RPing to flow with it, that's OK, do what works best for you. Chances are JAGEX won't sue you over copyright issues. :)

Factions have no clear prompt or expectation. Chasers created his own faction which I implemented without any trouble. Annie can explore the Black Hand however she wants to, but I think it'd be best if she waits until after the siege, to avoid clutter and possible confusion.
