And here I was thinking I was the Last of The Canadian Roleplayers.

Is the good Captain in the house?
Are you referring to me, or to Er Rill because of John Black?
Wakkace is also Canadian.
And yes, I am referring to you. When is all of the information going to be available for The Rising Threat/when will applicants be allowed?
All I can really say is it will be done when it's done, unfortunately. I don't have all the posts pre-written and release them in one sitting. I add to it whenever I have the time, creativity, and will. Not very efficient, but at least it builds up suspense. Or impatience. Basically the same thing.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

That was referring to Glenn the Gladiator, not Gwen, West, unless you mean that Excalibur has epic healing powers?
In Arthurian legend, the scabbard (supposedly) does. I translated this detail over to the thread as well - though I'm not sure if it can cure poisoning, fix internal bleeding and whatever else is going wrong with Glenn at the moment.
West,
Well, I suppose Gladiator Glenn could be healed via Excalibur's scabbard then, it's up to you if it does. Severe poisoning by plants do cause internal bleeding, inflammation, and gradual shut-down of major organs, and since Gladiator Glenn got injected by a giant spider-plant, he's basically filled-up with poison, so I don't know if Gwen's sword's sheath can cure all of that, so it's up to you.

Truth be told, I don't think it's the sort of item Gwen would simply give away. It's not like she had any feelings for him besides a newly found mutual friendship - and it's probably the only thing stopping Gwen from kneeling over from poison herself.
Unless someone wants him alive, I vote we milk it for all it's worth.
