Am I the only one who is a bit alarmed by Kuro's sword? He essentially becomes more and more powerful with each demon he kills, and will eventually snowball to the point where he is unstoppable.

I agree. I did mention in my feedback that'd he'd become quite powerful if he kills an arch demon! To balance that out, if Kuro becomes too powerful, his sword will overload his body and give him swift exhaustion. Or, the demons' power in the blade will go against him. I will try to inform Guthix of this.

That's given if he can kill any demons,
and nothing was spoiled

In my opinion, it wouldn't be too bad if Kuro's sword were something like Silverlight from Runescape - a sword that customises itself after each worthy demon it kills, infusing itself with what made the demon strong in the first place (ie. ability, skill, shape). But that's just my take on it.
I think all points are reasonable. Let's say Kuro takes the power of an arch demon; if he uses too much of it while furious, his body becomes overloaded and he is quickly exhausted. The power in the blade may also go against him, so someone could disarm him and use the weapon against its owner.
West's point also works; if Kuro's sword is somewhat like Silverlight, it also seems balanced.

Is that actually canon? I thought Silverlight just turned into Darklight because it was tainted with whats-his-face's blood, which was a unique case.
But then again, they did remake Demon Slayer for literally no reason at all.
