Well then, it's a good thing I kept my cookies in the freezer*

Maybe a SD sticky and an RP sticky would be good, but at the same time, considering how inactive the SD was, maybe it's not really worthwhile. It would also mean that one less thread would be visible on the front page.

Anyways, if anyone would like to invite me to one of their RPs, I can oblige, but I'll need a brief synopsis of what's going on for current interaction, and then jump-in somehow.

Let's see...right now, the first group (I'm going in order of intros) is in the middle of a fight with a troll and a group of bandits.

The second group is wrapping up their destruction of the town of Oakfoot, after which they'll continue on their march.

The third group has just left whatever tavern they were in, heading north towards where the Ogres have been warring recently.

Those are incredibly simplified, of course. I'm not wonderful at giving summaries of stuff that's happening, and unfortunately Angel won't be back for at least another 5-7 days or so to elaborate himself.

I think I already tried Into the Fire, but my post seems to have been ignored. I will try again soon, even though you ate all my cookies.

A lot of threads don't like breaking out into OOC conversations on-site, mainly because it splits up continuity and makes the thread difficult to read - because of this, it is usually seen as "spam", and thus, nobody will answer. This is also why we usually critique posts on the RPCH SRCT, rather than making dedicated writing evaluations on the thread in question.**

Thanks for the info Inf and West, I'll keep it in mind for the future.

Perhaps I can partake in the RPing via a sudden-appearing character, such as a short-term character that dies within a few days or so, but that's only if the owner is ok with it. Otherwise, I don't think I can do much, unless there is something about RPing that offers a better form of involvement.

Character death. Now there's something I'd like to see. :P

... Though I don't see why you couldn't just join in as a "normal" character. Not every hero has to begin with the tale, and not every character can see the ending.

I have to admit, I'm not entirely sure what is making you think you can't be part of the plot. It's not necessary for someone to be present at the very beginning in order to be part of the goings-on, and in fact a lot of the time the people that are there at the end weren't actually there at the start.
