Alright, here it is:
Their strongest chapter is on the Northern Continent, headed by a Grand Inquisitor who resides within The Grand Citadel. Their primary headquarters is based in The Gothic Kingdom, and they have other outposts and forts scattered throughout. They also have garrisons among the Northerners and the Hellenic, and have spies within the Roman Empire (that area seems pretty pro-demon, so I figured they wouldn't have an obvious presence but would still want to keep an eye on it.)
The next chapter is on The Golden Continent, headed by an Inquisitor. They have a fairly large base of operations within the Golden Shahansha, as well as numerous other forts and outposts there. Probably their weakest branch.
The third chapter is in on The Eastern Continent, also headed by an Inquisitor. That chapter's primary headquarters can be found within The Shogunate. They have a strong presence here, with numerous other fortresses and outposts scattered throughout. They also maintain a strong presence within The Imperial Dynasty.
Each chapter recruits locally, and each chapter is mostly independent but they must still answer to The Grand Inquisitor. They are open to magic that isn't demonic in origin, but will limit their practice of it as much as possible if their region is against all magic in general, more to maintain ties than anything else. They try to avoid getting involved in local politics, as they are just there to kill demons.
Opinions of them will vary, since they think all demons need to be destroyed, even the good ones. Some regions may also mistrust them, since they are a fairly large and somewhat fanatical standing army. As for religion, since they recruit locally most of their members will adhere to the local religion. If that local religion happens to be anti-demon, then they actively encourage their members to worship it, and will use it as both a recruitment and motivation device.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
