On the contrary, I think everyone should get their opportunity! I mean, I imagine you've had threads in the past, but that certainly doesn't mean you shouldn't have any in the future. Personally I was interested in the Runescape roleplay, but I suppose that wouldn't get too much traction on here. What other ideas have you got?

I'm not sure about negatives effects of sawing-off horns and tail. Demons vary based upon their locale, and can be devilish to animalistic. For example, Japanese demons greatly vary, such as from the ogre-like oni to the bird-people tengu. The demon can be very human or very demonic in appearance, or resemble animals or plants, or simply be humans with extraordinary abilities, it's up to you. If you'd like to have a monster-looking cambion, you're free to do that.

The thread will also have up to two thread masters, myself and another person, who take turns playing as the thread master for a short while. This should hopefully form an influx of newer ideas, as well as involving the users into the RP directly, which should remove a monotone, one-sided form of role-playing. There will be more about this later.

What a novel idea! I'm afraid I can't give your thread any more justice than a brief skimming over, Azi, but you've caught my curiosity. I don't think a roleplay of this kind has ever been attempted, (we've had multiple thread owners, but never the shifting of thread masters,) so you get bonus points for innovation. Thanks for the encouragement Angel! I think that it's a good idea, seeing as I'd feel rather bossy if only I was the thread master. Note that one user becomes the thread master upon killing an arch demon, but can relinquish or pass-on that status if desired. A user had an issue with the plotline, though that seems to have been dealt with accordingly. Since we'll be having multiple thread masters who have up to five posts or five "points" to manipulate the RPing, I don't think the plotline is as fixed as it seems. Of course, if anyone has any farther inquiries, feel welcome to discuss anything.

I nearly have an intro churned out, but I've written it in fragments (and, as such, I'm not sure how much sense it's actually going to make). The only things I need to fix besides glaring grammatical errors and holes in the storyboard continuum is the ending, where the 19 year old character is at present.

Would it be wise to begin in the gothic mainland, or would you prefer to keep a character in Albion?

I believe I had this format thing where you could submit character ideas for the story, similar to a bio in the Roleplaying thread. I originally planned on having at least one chapter that consisted almost entirely of Joric and player-submitted characters, so I think that's something everyone should keep in mind. It can't happen if people don't help out!

Or it can. But all the characters will be made by me. Meaning they have a high probability of sucking. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
