Not all Irish are drunkards, however the Clurichaun may be a metaphor for Irish culture. Particularly Irish pub culture. It's interesting that the Leperchaun is more famous, when the Clurichaun fits pub culture more. Especially for St. Patrick's Day. When you think of the leperchaun, you think of good luck and four-leaf clovers, yet somehow Leperchauns seem to steal the spotlight from their less famous cousins. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)

I know, I meant that as a joke (though if you ever go to Eastern Europe, you'll find a lot of drunks). But yes, society sometimes gets their myths mixed up and the wrong thing ends up more popular. For example, the oldest poem about the valkyries depict them as dismembering a family, using the body parts to make a giant loom, then processing their flesh into a meaty textile via using swords and spears as tools. Valkyries as angelic female knights began in medieval Icelandic literature, presumably to contrast their macabre origin.

Oh, and sorry for being so late, past few days were very busy. I used employment services as usual. Although I am a licenced trucker and a certified heavy equipment operator, I still have difficulty finding work. Also, my mom's birthday was today, on Black Friday, so I visited her, and my power was out all day anyways. I will try to RP tomorrow or the next day.

Same, my mom's kinda crazy so days with her are often bad but this time is was totally different! Overall, my family is getting better, I just need to finally get into the logging industry, get paid big bucks, and also do my part processing all those dead trees being fire hazards.

Nope! I do things differently, I get all my presents and Christmas shopping done long before Christmas. Doing Christmas shopping in-season is a nightmare. Being unemployed, I couldn't afford much, just gave my mom a hundred dollars for her birthday and a pizza from Panago.
