I'm doing OK, thanks for asking!
Not doing much, tho, as I recently began my transition towards my other artistic projects I left behind for over a decade. Had to buy a new digital keyboard as my old Yamaha DX-27 finally died, but they've been around since the 70s, so a digital instrument lasting almost fifty years is a pretty good lifespan. My new keyboard is a Yamaha PSR-E373, and the new ones are quite crystalline in sound, have smooth keys, tonnes of extra features that I still haven't figured out yet, and is very, very light compared to the old hardware. Too bad I can't figure it out XD also gotta relearn MIDI and all the computer software stuff.
Currently waiting for my guitar pedal so I can plug it into my Joyo mini tube amp, also awaiting the digital piano pedal, both pedals will allow me greater versatility. My bass guitar has a rust issue, had to remove the rusted strings and the rusted metal panel thingy, gotta clean the rust off soon. I even found a few mites crawling around which surprised me.
But ya, once I have those pedals and banana cables or my stereo amp, I can connect into the audio interface and record and produce my music thru my audio interface into my computer, which'll make life much easier. Mixing and experimenting with software effects is gonna be like a whole new world for me, something I've been waiting to do since childhood. It's only recently my life reached stability so it's nice to be able to do more than just writing projects nobody cares about.
And this complicated wacom (a digital drawing device) is a freakin' nightmare to use. I thought it was gonna be easy, but transitioning from pencil sketches to digital drawing needs much, much more working to do. But oh well, I'll figure it out, eventually, maybe, hopefully.
The ails of being untalented, unskilled, and inartistic XD
