And I know he's a camel but there aren't a lot of options. In my eyes the gnome only has like four potential friends. One apparently isn't an option, one is a little girl thrown into prison, one is on Morica (assuming he won't kill the gnome on sight.) The fourth is Urgal, and compared to the others he is probably the most sensible option. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Also, I never intended Lana to kill your Gnome if she found him. Unless he outright did some Necromancy in front of her. She'd just drag him by the collar out onto deck, throw hi at Byman's feet, and that's that. I am Inferi.
