Also, did I just auto-hit Vyrl? I'll edit that out too. Pretty sure I Godmodded Sakura too, slightly. Even if she was only following Vyras, I shouldn't have controled her movements.


I added a rule on I think page 4 or 5 regarding my breaking of the rules some time ago. I will try to only break my own rules if the rper isn't getting the hint and bugging his character out of situations that might get the charcter killed if he doesn't leave. Otherwise just ask me to edit.

Edit: So far the only person I haven't godmodded, or autohit Annie.

Edit 2: I'm an idiot. I could just have Haegar tell Sakura to hold the rear, and not make any assumptions about what she is doing to begin with! He's basically the perfect failsafe for anti godmodding right now, as he isn't really doing anything, other than being a really annoying gerontophilic dwarf with a crush on Vyras.

Edit 3: I'm really sorry for breaking my own rules guys, and making your characters do things they wouldn't otherwise do. =(

Edit 4: Looks Like I godmodded Vyrl as well. Oh boy. I really stepped into some serious shit now, but it's not too bad. It's only light godmodding and it's very minor mostly, except for Vyrl's post, that's going in the trash bin completely cause I can't salvage it.

Edit 5: All has been fixed in the land of Sudovia for now. I'm going to re-do Demither's post in the morning. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)

Well, we all gotta do mistakes to get better. It takes time to improve.

And yes, I did totally miss that about picking up fallen warriors' weapons. It's happened in Inferi's crystalpunk RP, too, I think, when Ben and Annie (characters in the RP) had a chance to pick up fallen soldiers' guns and didn't do it XD I am quite lacking in awareness at times.

I've been trying to figure out a good way to write this for a lot of today, and since I seem to be having no success I'm just going to do what I can.

So, I'm unhappy with a few things after that last post. One of them was already noted, so I'll keep it short: you're still saying Lia left. Whether that's actually what she'd do or not, I'd appreciate the decision being left to me.

Secondly, and probably the most important: I don't feel like I'm anything in this besides a side note. It feels as though you're telling the story you want and then just adding in a last-minute footnote for the characters. To add in to this, it also feels like you're either not fully reading the posts being made or just ignoring parts of them. My main example for this is this line in particular:

The entire point of their duel was to use it as a distraction to have a conversation that wouldn't be overheard, and then, when it actually came to a point where there might be something of a reaction from the important NPCs around them it's just tossed aside in favor of what felt like "RANDOM ELVES DESTROYING SHIT". I understand this may have been a plan already, but it didn't feel like it made sense, and it just kinda tossed out the window everything all the characters in the hallway - Lia, Hardian, and Vyrl - had been doing.

I'm 100% sure I've forgotten something I was going to mention since I'm kinda exhausted right now, but those are probably my biggest issues/why I'm not too happy about it right now. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Okay. Inferi. I'm sorry that I did this to you. I read your leaving me to post before you post as a sneak the elves in and end the duel I should have left that decision to you.. I read it as you were ready to end the duel, and it seemed like a good time. And realistically when someone interrupts a fuel like that, you basically have to focus your attention on the most immediate threat. I gravely miscalculated your intentions, and as a result this happened.

It doesn't matter though. I should have left that choice to you. I'm not ignoring details, though. I'm not going to justify what I did Because there is no justification that can be presented without looking like an irresponsible jerk.

What can I do? I completely messed up here.

I'll tell you what. I'm throwing my post for you out and starting again. It's the only thing I can think to do. Is this alright? I'll also re-do Vyrl's post-again- Because I completely rammed my own plot down the throats of the rpers involced, superseded your character plot, which was a complete oversight on my part. and I didn't think to consider the feelings of the roleplayers involved. I am deeply, deeply ashamed. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)

Yeah, of course it's fine. I'm sorry if it just felt like I was attacking you or something. I promise that wasn't my intention. I just really felt like I needed to bring that up and that it was important.

I've got no problem talking about stuff more in detail if you want to, assuming I have detail I can bring to the discussion.

Really, though, don't beat yourself up over it or anything. Things like that just happen, and I know I've done similar things in the past. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
