Also its your turn on KOA to post

I am aware. However, not everyone here always has the time or motivation to respond to posts immediately. It's only been a couple days. And it's considered a bit rude to repeatedly remind people.

Annie I think you are misunderstanding what I said. I didn’t say that as an attack towards you. I read your post prior to Inferi comment. Then you asked “better?” And I went back and re-read it. I didn’t notice any changes. I am not saying it to be mean or belittle you, I am just curious what you changed.
There isn't one.

Inferi, about Rory in Roads
Inferi, I've just realized a plot hole/error in Rory's character. Originally, I used the excuse that Rory was a sociopath long ago, however, I just realized his core symptoms are not that of sociopathy. Reason being, is that sociopaths are basically often fidgety or anxious and avoiding people, whereas Rory tends to lack jittery or anti-social behaviour; moreover, he does not lack a conscience, and does know right and wrong, hence his willingness to help in going against the soldiers. He’s focused and does not suffer from anxiety or nervousness, plus he’s inclined to working with others or at least try to solve things while taking the lead.

Thus, his boldness yet awkward anger suggests he isn’t a sociopath. His symptoms seem to be more akin to alexithymia and episodic dyscontrol syndrome or intermittent explosive disorder, HOWEVER, his anger thus far is goal-orientated, so he may simply suffer from tantrums (goal-orientated rage). This would explain his lack of empathy and his awkward outbursts of anger (trying to break down a steel door with a chair, attacking even soldiers, charging a commander and attacking his defensive shield despite lack of success).

Or he’s just a rageaholic.

Anyways, Westenev seems to have disappeared again. I hope he comes back soon!

Azi,

Firstly, many sociopaths do tend to have a right and wrong. The thing about sociopaths is that they have a harder time forming connections, empathizing with other people, or feeling remorse for their actions. This does not mean they are incapable of these things. Some still are, just not as much as the everyday person. The fact that they are is what separates them from a psychopath.

Secondly, even if Rory doesn't have a sense of right and wrong, why must his stated reason be the real reason he is going? If he is a sociopath or a psychopath, wouldn't he easily be able to lie about his true intentions, or come up with some sort of rationalization?
