Not really that similar, honestly. Disregarding the personality, which I didn’t describe yet so it can’t really be compared, Kira is a human (depending on opinion, I guess, since she’s as much fire at this point as she is human due to dark magic interference), and although I may have described her second form as a Phoenix due to it being what most observers might see it as, it’s really just a large bird made entirely of fire.
This one is the opposite, a Phoenix that can turn into a human form.
