I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas., Delta et al. I spent mine at my Texan friend's house, which was really cool, fun, and funny. I laughed a lot like crazy. Elizabeth can just make random, weird noises and that makes me laugh (she laughs like a helicopter).

Anyways, I am using my Chromebook in my hotel suite. I've been extremely busy past ten days or so, it's been crazy. Tomorrow, I will be registering with RPM Staffing, the first company that gave me a job offer to work in Texas. If all goes well, I'll begin work this week or next week; I assume this registration is their sponsorship for all that. If this job offer isn't full-time, I'll phone my other potential employer and see what I can do.

In the meantime, I'm still living in this hotel suite; frying chicken drumsticks. Will be moving into a townhouse on January 11th, assuming I am accepted. I bought a 2010 Kia Soul, but when I went to go get it after taking a taxi, the cops came as their was suspicion I was stealing cars. All went well, as I had my passport, international driving permit, car insurance, and everything was on my name; Tyler Police were very nice and polite, and one of them even drove me back to my hotel. Still, it was a rather unpleasant experience, so I swapped my Kia for a Hyundai, which the dealership did without any extra fees, so that was nice. Later this week, they'll phone me once they are ready to finish further repairs.

So, ya, things seem to be going pretty good, much better than I thought. Once I move into the townhouse, well, we'll see what happens next!

Honestly Azi, at the pace this place moves, you probably aren't even going to miss that much. Oh my...and I was ready to start reading through like ten pages of content I missed XD Oh well, the Holidays are too important anyways. Perhaps we'll continue sometime next year starts!

Hello Annie, nice to see a loyal face! Seems like the holidays have taken a hold of everyone. But at least we're around. I am extremely busy lately. Will attempt to get a green card via third preference immigrant worker, as I do have seven years of mill experience, so that may help. If getting a green card fails, I will attempt to obtain a temporary/seasonal work visa, as in Tyler and other parts of Texas, seasonal/temporary job offers are readily available. If that fails, well, if you stay in USA without a green card for 214 days, you become a resident alien.*
*To clarify, I made a mistake in this part; I'd only become a resident for taxes, this would not be considered residence.

I could 'go nomad' and live in my car, as there are Walmarts and other supercenters open 24/7, but also consider campgrounds/camping, and, of course, living with my friends if they allow it, or maybe they'll be chances becoming a roommate or getting a student visa. Overall, not sure what to do with my life XD but I'm having an adventure.
