I mean, Princesses can be evil.

Take Overlord, for example. It features a yandere princess who has a crush on her bodyguard, and will secretly murder servants who say bad things about either of them. She even plots to have her own bodyguard killed just so she can force herself on him after he is resurrected. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
