Hm, the price of silver is quite low. Following the price of silver charts from the 1970s and 80s, there seems to be a repetition of that, but sharper and shorter. With silver so cheap, and getting cheaper, considering the chart, a spike in the price of silver seemed to be possible within a few years.
For Canadians who may be interested, this website sells silver, and has a special promotion that if you order at least fifteen ounces, you get free shipping in Canada:
https://www.globalbullionsuppliers.com/silver?p=1
Be sure to place your order via phone call and use a cheque, as you'll save about forty dollars that way than using a credit card.
Lots of American silver merchants provide free shipping when you pay a hundred bucks or more, and such deals are easy to come across.
Another company that has shipping and sales in Canada and USA, if you spend 5 grand or more, you get free shipping, which is quite the deal for five thousand dollars worth of pure silver:

And yes, be sure to place your order with a phone call, and use a cheque. It's slower, but you'll save about two hundred dollars.
If all goes well, I'll be taking advantage of these two sites. Since the economy seems a little crazy, it's wise to convert your money into something physical, and not BitCoin. I also found an American site that ships to Canada, but I'll be comparing which is more expensive: higher shipping, or Canadian taxes. I just need to wait until my KoC agent contacts me back in regards to my tax-free savings account that just isn't going anywhere.
Oh, and most companies have a buyback that's 10% lower than what they sell. Also, some have minimal buyback weight, too.
