Hm, I just realized The Lost Land could have had features added from Farcry, World War One, and Mesoamerican ruins. I think I could also explain each area better, using points and Imgur images to showcase the areas better.
Was thinking of slightly updating The Lost Land, making it a world where cities/kingdoms are ruins/fortifications (ranging from Fallout ruins/city ruins for North American areas, medieval ruins for European areas, Mesoamerican ruins for South American, etc.), then no-man's land around them, then wasteland or wilderness beyond. Medieval ruins would also be the more magical, but less technological, locales. Would also have to add cavalry, tanks, and primitive mechs.
Thus, the more civilized the region, the more human/technological enemies, whereas farther into the wilderness, dangerous natural threats like predatory animals, dinosaurs, giant man-eating plants, poisonous spores, tribal races, etc.
In the underground, would be some Vaults, underground ruins, caves, mines, etc. Farther underground would be demonic ruins and entities.
Not sure if this is a good idea, but figured I'd mention it, just in case.
