I only saw the old IT movie, never read the book or saw the remake, but the old film was great. Not sure about the spide/turtle themes are about, so can’t say much.

I don’t know anything about Hisoka. Hm, I never minded what villainous characters do, or what their motivations are, seeing as there’s lots of real-life examples of evil people who defy even anime stereotypes. My ancient demon, Spirry, is one of my most favorite cahracters, and he’s evil because he thinks that, if everyone truly loves suffering, it will make everything better. Basically, absolutist extremist sadomasochism, Spirry feels, will relieve everything of suffering. Of course, he still loves violence, combat, and macabre in general, so he’s somewhat like a philosophical engineer.

Yeah, the spear was at a locker, somewhere.

Oh, another dinosaur! My main has a ten-year veteran cape, and a Classic Cape as well. I never cared about getting 99s. Glad that your former abusive boyfriend is long gone, I hate those kind of people. I am quite old-fashioned, and don’t know how modern lifestyle is meant to be, but I just get so angry at abusive relationships, especially if it’s a man abusing a lady.

Y'know, before I blindly make assumptions in my post - am I to assume an airship crash would be as catastrophic as an airplane nosediving into the woods, or would the superstructure (and fastened passangers) be able to survive the crash? I ask because your depiction of Airships are built of sturdy (though weighty) materials, and fly under a sort of psudoscience that could feasibly cushion the impact.

Under normal circumstances, an airship is built so that the hull won't be too badly destroyed during a crash. While they don't move slowly, they also don't move super fast, so that helps keep it from utterly crumbling too. I wouldn't try comparing it to an airplane of today, because, as you said, pseudoscience, and also because flying tech isn't anywhere near the speed or height of airplanes. Admittedly, height plays a much lesser role, but still.

Now, you don't know how bad the damage is, so it's possible the pilot no longer has any control at all which makes things a lot worse, but normally an airship should survive this. People are gonna get hurt, and some might get killed, but it's not an airplane disaster.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
