I only RP with at least two other people, therefore, I cannot proceed with just Annie in Titano. It's just too much work for just one other person, and if so, I'd rather co-author a novel.

Sorry West, no fan-fic on that one.
Just suggesting she metaphorically pull something out by literally pulling something out.
Those are some questions that you really don't have the information in character to answer, Fish. You can assume that they'll be unable to react to your actions, since you'd all be shot by now if they could, but as for the actual mechanism? There's no way to know with your current information.

... Given the facts avalable, would it be reasonable to assume the captain is complicit with this "war"?
I mean, that guy seems a little too well informed...
The fact that he doesn't seem to care about gunfights aboard his ship is another tip off. But, hey, who knows. Maybe he's just a really nice boss who doesn't want to throw his crew into the crosshairs at the exchange of his passangers. Not exactly the soundest buisness strategy, but...

Well, that's the thing. He doesn't really have any reason to talk with her to begin with. But if she were take him at his word, then for the captain to know what was going down would mean he must have known in advance. Another curiosity is his ability to name Bridgett, which must mean he is either connected to military affairs or was breifed on the possibility that she (and potentially Gareth) were boarding the ship.
A foreign princess going missing on a ship containing the son and daughter of two decorated military officials smells fishy, no matter how you put it. If said families were opposed to war, then you could effectively negate their influence.
And, if he was complicit, we'd likely see people pressured into false testimonies at penalty of job security (which was common in Victorian times)
That’s the first “connect the dots” that comes to mind, though I’m not necessarily sure it’s the most obvious, nor the most logical for Bridgett to come up with.

Well, it's certainly not what I was expecting you to come up with. I guess I just don't think conspiratorially enough for this.
As a quick note, if you wanted to have a discussion about it, I'm willing to do a few dialogue posts before waiting for a full post cycle, just to make sure there's time for it.
