How are you feeling azi?
I'm still sick, but feeling a little better. I'll increase the heat in my hot water tank a bit more, to take a seriously hot shower rather than a warm one, that should help steam the sickness away.

Williams Lake, a one hour drive where I live, has recently been evacuated. About 24,000 people are now evacuees. The sky was very yellowish, so yellow, even the air had a blurry yellow tinge. Now, the sky has a brownish tinge, and the air looks rather hazy. Quesnel is now also more likely to be evacuated. As a reminder, if I suddenly disappear, it's probably because I also had to evacuate. This may be my last post for several months, but if Quesnel is evacuated, I will attempt to notify everyone.
Anyways, it was raining moderately for several hours last night, so that should help dampen everything enough to make Quesnel less likely in need of evacuation. But, a little rainfall won't necessarily stop major wildfires, so I'm still ready to start packing just in case.
It seems Obumbration didn't quite work out, which is a shame, I liked the bios there. But oh well, it is how it is.
I may post a new RP-idea loosely based on unfinished ideas, which I began when I first started Scions of Sorcery, but this RP-idea may not actually have any RPing in it. So, it's most likely just going to be a lore thread, mixing steampunk, dieselpunk, BioShock, and maybe even a little Fallout, revolving around underwater adventures, Wasteland surface, and airborne adventures as in BioShock Infinite (which I have yet to play despite buying years ago in Steam). The reason I might post it, is because if I am evacuated, I won't be able to RP anymore for quite a while, and if I drive towards Texas to visit friends, I'll be gone for a while anyways, and I don't want to abandon this forum with nothing. I'll see what I can do.
W-wait? I actually have bios?! PANIC STATIONS! WHAT DO I DO! *hyperventilates*
In all seriousness, I’ll probably kick the thread off in 3 days. I’ve been reading through the fate system
when I wasn’t busy trashing the bios for Inferi’s thread… I might have to name this brand of writers block “inferi block”
. I like what I’ve read so far about Fate, but have yet to delve into the actual mechanics.
I've noticed a cumulative list of player spells in a certain someone's bio. I'll allow for it, but I’m not all that fond of post-limit-enforced “spell-cooldowns” myself. At present, I would much prefer if this was either handled by the roleplayer or by an exhaustive mechanic, whereby spell success is proportional to the relative time period between spells. We probably won't use such a system in First Fantasy (yet), but it might be in the cards.
So, in short, if you have yet to make a bio, you have 3 days before I hit the “start” button!
EDIT: Gareth Arenar Junior kind of reminds me of that protagonist from that one anime... Alderman of the Sky, I think it was called?

I did 2 posts on ADW and plan to do more soon. And I'm still thinking of an idea for a female Sangheili leading forces on the dark side for Titanomachy. And without further ado...
... Have we ever seen a single female Covenant? I mean, they turn up in BOOKS, but I only ever regard those as interpretations rather than lore building.
I always imagined the Covernant having the whole misogynistic COG (gears of war) vibe going on, whereby the females (well, the ones who aren't needed for their brains) stay in baby factories while the men are shipped out to get shot at.

Alderamin on the sky. Yeah, now that you mention it I can completely see that too.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
