Go get some sunshine, that should help. Eating citrus fruits also helps. An inexpensive remedy is ground cinnamon tea: you can buy grinded cinnamon in bulk in most grocery stores, it's cheap, and you just add a little spoon in a cup, then pour hot water, and drink when ready.
Another cheap medicine is putting a tiny bit of baking soda in a cup (like, not even a teaspoon, just about one-fourth of a sugar cube for amount comparison), adding fresh water, and drinking it; this is a historic medicine since Ancient Times. If you overdo it, you'll just hurt yourself.
