I never read Hunger Games, so I can't really add much. I was never into modern fiction, basically everything out there feels like manufactured, boring, casual children's stories, which lacks imagery and ferocity. The only joy I get from reading, is reading work from other authors in Wattpad and FanFiction, and role-playing of course. I just need something more, say, feral. Unless, of course, I am a bad observer, or fail to see a bigger picture.
It's just that unpublished stories in Wattpad, fanfics on FanFiction, and role-playing, usually feels, reads, and imagines so much more excitingly than published stuff out there. Of course, everyone is allowed to enjoy whatever published material they want, I don't mean to sound like that's not good. Speak for yourself, explore what you are, and live your live.
Oh, and it seems that the internet is boiling in rage at the recent vidcon. Then there's me. At times, I feel like I'm the only person in the world who doesn't care about this and that. Despite my radical personality and behavior, I wouldn't freak out at Anita Sarkesian, or that Sargon guy, or Boogie, or anyone else. Screaming and swearing at supervisors, foremen and managers until you get fired, throwing power tools, breaking tools when angry, getting hit in the hardhat by a hammer wielded by an idiot, ramming your shoulder into someone, someone steering their forklift at you with the intend to drive into you, almost falling into a grinder, almost getting incinerated by flames fifteen feet high, are all things I went through at my mill. And no-one cared. So, compared to what I've been through, what happened at vidcon is peanuts.
I will admit I am somewhat of a complete noob at YouTube culture/athiest subculture/alt right/alt lite/SJW/whatever, but considering everything that happened, the insults were piteous. If someone called me garbage, and was so selfish and dishonest about everything, well, that's just too bad. I simply wouldn't care.
