I suppose so. You knew about the falling flooring and such? I tried to make this scene extra-dynamic and exciting, that's why it's rather long compared to most other users' character phases. Note that, in StarWars, pyrokinesis seems to begin by manipulating fire-based sources already active, or by rubbing air molecules to generate heat.
Annie will get captured towards the end of the Mars mission. It will occur after the fight against the Necromorph Hive Mind, and then sometime after when the forces of Chaos, Cerberus and the Collectors appear on Mars.
Yes, Annie's post is now much better. Of course, you don't have to reference the story if you don't want to, but it's meant to be interactive, so that you feel part of the storytelling.
As for Bob's post, you mention he wants to go to where the invaders are. If this refers to the Covenant, they will most certainly just kill the humans, seeing as the Covenant are at war with humans.
The Necromorph Hive Mind's psychological subversion (or whatever the hell you call it) was not implemented, due to not being exciting or important in relation to the role-play. It just takes too long, and the Marker just sits there, without excitement. The link provided showcases the situation with the Hive Mind. In this RP, there will be multiple Hive Minds (or, maybe these are ''Necroqueens''?), as I want one to fight Gravemind.
The post described the Hive Mind bursting up from the rubble-covered battlefield. That is, I did not call it by that name, but the link shows you the Hive Mind. It was meant to be a surprise. Watching the provided link will provide you clues as to how to defeating it, if you have not played Dead Space.
