Still, I thought I read somewhere that it was morning? Because, as far as I know, it was evening when everyone popped out of the portal - and the knights must be seriously incompetent if they can't even search the breadth of space it might take for a brisk 1 minute run on foot.

I think it was originally nighttime, but then Wolf said they had arrived just before dawn, and the sun came up only a few minutes later.

Of course, I could be wrong as well. I was originally under the impression that it had been daylight the entire time.

Oh, so meeting your dossiers in Mass Effect 2 are not random, never mind...
Later today/tonight, I will conclude the events of Broken World, outro the area, summarize the status of the scenario, mention consequences and results, and move onto the next area that I feel is most relevant considering the portrayals and interacted content of Dirk and Annie so far.

Hm, I think werewolves are an unpopular concept currently here, considering the dislike of my own own. Mafias consisting of vampires and werewolves, while earth is ruled by aliens, feels out of place. However, in Wattpad, I noticed a popular set in a story is to have mafia-like families living in extremely lavish and wealthy mansions in the middle of nowhere, complete with servants and perfectly handsome and muscular men and absolutely fragile beautiful women who can't get anything done on their own, and alphas and betas of werewolves or lords and princes of vampires, amidst a war between the races that's never explored. I found it peculiar that, in Wattpad, every single "damsels in distress who treat jerks like gods" story I read was always made by female authors. Considering all of this, I think the users in this forum are not inclined to werewolves; you'd be better off making this idea into a story in Wattpad.

This is just my opinion, since cerberus do field the biggest series of war assets in the galaxy (They have the manpower to fight themselves, fight the reapers AND fight the council at the same time).

If they posses this much support, clearly they can run a simple background check on the biggest celebrity in the galaxy. :P

I posted the outro in Broken World of Streets of Madrid; it isn't necessary to post. Read the content thus far, and post your thoughts on what you'd like next to happen. I at first intended to just intro everyone into the next area, but I think that's rushing too much, so I'll wait for comments first.

I don't remember any dwarven kingdoms mentioned in the great war. Unless, of course, they were stricken from history by the Serbian Black Hand, before turning themselves in for public prosecution for their heavy sense of guilt.

#historyabridged.

As for what happens next? I suppose Dirk is a private contractor, so he would more than likely just move onto his next contract while drowning his sorrows in a stupor of whiskey. Maybe he could even pick up a beard of sorrow. I hear they're 10% off at AMC Networks.

Broken World is a fantasy world based on pre-WW2 themes.

Original message details are unavailable.

The Dwarven Kingdom

The Dwarfs inhabit a mountain range in central Eurasia, and often live underground or at least partly underground, carving fortresses and towns into their mountains and the underground. Their kingdom is neutral, but possessing much minerals and metals, they are a tempting target for Eurasian Sovereign expansion, and so deal trade with both empires and any faction. Unlike all other minor factions, the Dwarfs are actually a powerful nation despite their small kingdom, and the stocky form of a Dwarf allows one to hide in crags or mountainside cut-outs easily, as well as operate various weapons and equipment easily.

I'll see what Annie wants to do.
