As soon as they arrows made there way down, they already had the next arrows ready to fire.
No offense, but lighting three individual arrows on fire, and then knocking those three arrows into your bow, all without burning yourself or your bow, and then firing those arrows, is extremely difficult and impossible to do before your original arrows hit the ground. Even if they use the torch to light all three arrows at once, they still have to put the torch down before they shoot, which means setting fire to the forest floor. Alternatively, they could douse the torch, but then they would have to relight it.
Additionally, firing three arrows at once is a pretty ineffective strategy as well. Only one arrow would actually fly directly at the target, and all three would only have about a third of the force behind them, which means less distance and less power. I can see why it might be justified in this scenario, since the goal is to rain as many fire arrows as possible down on their opponents regardless of accuracy, but I think it is something worth keeping in mind in the future.
Again, I don't mean any offense by this. It just isn't very realistic.
