Dancer's grab and then penetrating downward stab was quite brutal, but my character survived them so long as she had more than 60% health or so. My computer is rather old, and I have FPS problems, and so online gameplay is disabled for me. Dark Souls 3 automatically puts you into offline mode if your FPS isn't good :/

On the bright side, Wind Waker arrived a little while ago, a fun game, it's basically The Legend of Zelda but Super Marioed. Oddly enough, my TV seems to have coloring problems, as red rupees are shown green in-game.

The grab is an instakill for me.

I can actually dodge it just fine. The problem is her second phase. That is when the boss goes from challenging to unreasonable. I never get openings to attack. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

I promise you I'm not. There's few other bosses I won against on the first try, but I did not have to redo the dancer fight at all. Kiting it around the room somehow managed to work for me. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Sounds like you need more HP Fishing. If you equip the Shield of Want, that silver serpent ring, and Symbol of Avarice, you can go to Anor Londo and kill the Silver Knights repeatedly, acquiring quite a lot of souls per run. Even a Bastard Sword +3 is enough to take one out almost completely, just two-hand it.

Oops, I forgot about ADW in regards to Ancient. I have just read the two new posts regarding the adventure to the sunken temple, but I am really busy for the time being.

No Charisma in Dark Souls, sadly.

Although, if there was, the Undead Legion helmet should definitely have it. Snazzy AND pracitcal. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
