Alright, post edited. You can requisition arms/armor from the ARC device and have them dropped off for you, courtesy of the Gleam

What sort of weapons and armor?
Like, a nexi rifle and a full suit of body armor? Or is that too much?
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Ironically for Scarlet and Gary, you'd have access to the basic stuff that any branch of the Ground Forces could get. Those two things should be fine, but like, an iron man suit or a rapid-fire missile launcher, probably not.

And here I wanted everyone to be jealous when Scarlet showed up with a full arsenal...
Although, that does bring into question her weaponry. Is what I said she had alright? For reference, that would be a minigun, grenade launcher, AM rifle (although that's not used much at all because it doesn't fit her MO), and I'm adding a shotgun because...yeah, it makes a lot more sense as the third main weapon than the rifle.
I can just say the armor is fairly standard, since I don't think I specified too much about it.

It's somewhat up in the air whether or not she would have seen enough to recognize him, I suppose, so if you want me to edit that out I can.

I remember him shooting her in the back, and her running for the security room. I don't know if she looked back or not, but even if she did, he had been wearing a disguise.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
She did look back, since she got shot and was going to respond. Since I wasn't sure, I went with that she did recognize him, but since it seems you don't like that I'll edit it. There's more evidence for not being recognized - since none at all besides "she looked" isn't hard to top - anyways.
Right, offending line removed and replaced with something more sensical.
