Annie, I hope I can catch you this time; this is regarding your latest post in ADW,

Oh, and before I forget again, Annie, you mentioned Annie going after Chaos' heart, hoping to freeze it, however, the heart has already been destroyed by Amelia's magic after Mary broke it open, and then the "fire of the heart" was then frozen over by a Blue Fire knight. As such, Annie casting more freezing magic over the icebound heart is rather redundant, and would potentially attack Amelia in her shadow-serpent form. It would be far more advantageous to cast Blue Pyromancy magic at the brain or the arms, or somehow aid or strengthen Amelia's constricting of Chaos' spine.
I was thinking a RP modeled off 19th century Europe, but plunged into a nightmare. It will include classic features such as werewolves, vampires, demons, nightmares manifesting themselves into reality, and slayers/hunters of such beasts. This will revolve around various horror-inspired areas, with an emphasis on simpler stories, however, with a twist: the RP is meant to be progressed through the RPing characters' stories. So, the RP will focus on exploring each users' characters' backgrounds, the backstory freely formed by the user. There will also be tougher PvE and PvP events, random events, and so on. Does this sound like a good idea?

Laser! You're still around? I'd stay and chat, but...
... oh, look at the time...

Well, we already have several threads that support vampires/werewolves that are between medieval, ww1 and modern times, so my advice would be to go curve ball and avoid the subject (until the topic dies down). Too many kitchens and not enough chefs, y'know.
It might seem popular for now, but forum writers have historically been very fickle creatures. Give them too many variations of a topic, and they'll get bored quickly.

12 active users online. I remember when there were 12 active uses on the roleplay forum was a bad day.
Azi, Annie,
Well, that was... an anticlimactic post. I intended to end it where the "--" sign ended - but, if left uninterrupted, this would be the next course of action she would take. Since the post does take place over some time, I do think some of it can be retconned should Annie or the environment wish to show up.
As for what Anja actually summoned, who knows. The enchantment could be a hoax, or maybe she enchanted her hair to act as a compass (towards Dirk). Perhaps a full blown fae or demon will burst out of the ritual and point the way.
Or maybe I hit the 2k limit and couldn't be bothered making a second post.
It's up for interpretation and won't complain if someone else has ideas...
As for Dirk, I'll hold off posting for now - at least, until I know why the American and German businessmen have suddenly outlived their infinitesimal usefulness. I mean, it's certainly
possible
and these things happen, but come on - if Dirk intended to kill them, why didn't he just cap them in the bar and leave them to burn?
... Unless, of course, he needed them recognisable for some dastardly purpose. Perhaps a ploy to make nice with the Mafia so he can turn on them too...? Or maybe another plot is in play?
Or maybe I'm misinterpreting what you meant (which, on second thought, seems the much more likely option).

Hey all, FYI, I'm out of town visiting family
not at all because they live on the beach
for the next few days. I'll still hang around the chat thread and maybe I can squeeze out a post if I find myself with enough time, but I figured I'd let you guys know. I should be back home Tuesday afternoon.
Annie, don't worry about my two threads you're involved in, take your time, it's not a race, don't feel pressured. Real-life comes first.
Anyways, I am very happy that ISIS was defeated in Manbij. ISIS is losing everywhere, but I read that Polish spy networks mentioned that there may be more ISIS militants already in European than the Middle East. At least ISIS is constantly falling apart.
