Angel, your neediness on Fish's thread is really funny.
Also, Inferi, is there a door leading into the dining hall? If yes, is it locked? I was considering having my character wake up a little ways outside of the dining hall, freak out at the other corpses around, and then try to run in there. I guess I
could
do that and end it with "tried the handle" to test if it's locked, but I still need to know about the door for that.

dark and damaged
Green Arrow
I'm not sure if we're reading the same comic books
~ Parents mauled to death by lions
~ Fell off a boat and lives alone on starfish island with no supplies and a movie promo 'robin hood' bow as his only possession.
~ Defeated a ring of drug smugglers on said island with said bow, forging him into a great hero.
~ Returns to Star City, builds a secret MAN cave and cosplays as the thing he idolises the most (robin hood)
And that's nothing compared to what the TV series does to poor 'Ollie'.
If that backstory doesn't cause some lasting damage, I want a refund.
Yes, dark and troubled is totally out of character for someone who would rather die in a crashing plane than be saved by superman, simply because he didn't want his arm chopped off in the process. He's raped (by females) several times throughout the course of the story, has an on-off relationship with the Canary (who is at one point injured so horridly she can no longer have kids - something he wants) and eventually ends up so warped that he is outright murdering criminals in a bloody vendetta rather than bringing them to justice - leading to his eventual unmasking and exile from the justice league.
I take that back, the comic books are much worse.

Yes, there's a door. No, it's not locked. Go ahead and do that, it sounds fine to me.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
Right then, since that's sorted, I'll work on an intro post. Then, since Fish's got a bio format posted on his thread, I'll work on that. I'm excited, I've been itching to start writing again.
