Just what would you do with the Shield of Arrav anyway? Hang it on your mantleplace? I mean, it's not like we're actually related to Arrav, and anyone who can use the shield is poor... so Arrav can keep it!

In all honesty though, I think it's better to just use unknown weapons instead of ones that have a pre-existing reputation.

That way, when my character dies, his sword will become known as "The Sword of NotFishing." People will say "NotFishing wielded this sword into battle against the Gods!" Instead of "This famous hero did this famous thing with it. Oh, and NotFishing used it too." Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Ancient, you have posted quite a lot of content in ADW. Shall I leave you to it alone still, or would you like me to jump in and RP with you in some way? Also note that rapiers can't cut very well, at all. Rapiers can also cut skin and cause superficial flesh wounds, but they are only stabbing swords. Unless, of course, you managed to cut someone's throat open with the lower half of the blade, but rapiers would not be able to hack open a body.

I also noticed that no-one seems to care about these spawns; wouldn't the Indusians/Indu and the Goldeners kinda be freaked out by those things or something? Nevertheless, you are free to continue on as you please. If you'd like me to jump in and RP, just leave a "* * *" at the end of a post or something, as I can use the three stars as a sign to add my content into Negotius' storyline. I am reading everything you post, too.

EDIT: Also, Negotius isn't so much a powerhouse as a speedster and a technician when he fights. Slicing that barbarian didn't really do so much damage but it did bewilder him as Negotius is fast and can be awkward to fight against, what with the tentacles and stuff. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!
