No; Venom's Marcus is a US Marine and thus serving the Commonwealth Empire, Wasted's Elf is serving the Sovereign Empire, and you, Annie, are serving a secret organization I know nothing about, presumably having been trained in Nihon (Imperial Japan) and thus becoming a k*noichi (female ninja, *=u). I don't know what you want to do in the thread specifically, but presumably, Annie is going to spy on things for her faction, which seems to be the Black Hand, and considering its English-sounding name, probably an organization from Albion (UK), Australia, New Zealand, or the New World (USA/Canada). Annie can be introduced by you in any part of the world but I don't know what you want her to do.
